vegan & gluten-free banana muffins

ingredients:
vegetable oil 40g
sugar 40g
soya milk 25ml
banana 1.5 pcs, mashed
rice flour 90g
corn flour 25g
baking powder 1tsp
a small pinch of salt
walnuts and raisins

1. mix the oil, sugar, soya milk and banana together in a large bowl.
2. add in the other dry ingredients and mix well.
3. bake in a 180C preheated oven for 25mins.
4. let them cool and good to eat.
