Meal 1
Cinnamon beef mince and apple, broccoli, carrot, tomato, blueberries
+ liquorice tea

Meal 2
Barbecued marinated chicken, ribs, coleslaw
+ mini-cheesecake (followed by confusion over whether I should feel remorse – I decided no)

Meal 3
Smoked haddock poached in coconut milk on green beans, spring greens, roast carrots, celery, nut and sun-dried tomato salad
