10 Instant Pot and Slow Cooker Soups
Tortellini Soup with Parmesan, Chicken Sausage and Mushrooms needs to make its place on your menu this week. My husband said “this is maybe the best soup I’ve ever had!” It’s slightly creamy (but doesn’t go overboard with dairy) and has amazing flavor thanks to the chicken sausage. It also has a nice pop of color from the chopped spinach.
Creamy White Chicken Chili is an indulgent white chili recipe with green chiles, onion, chicken breasts, and white beans (dried or canned). Win your next chili cook-off with this recipe.
Chicken Barley Soup is a healthy but filling meal. Serve with some crusty bread. This is a forgiving soup that allows you to use cooked chicken or turkey or raw chicken breasts or thighs.
Mexican Corn Chowder is filled with sweet corn, potatoes, chicken, black beans, salsa and cream cheese. This particular chowder recipe has lots of mild Mexican flavors and is family friendly.
Greek Chicken Lemon Rice Soup is a thick and hearty version of creamy Greek avgolemono soup. It has tender bites of chicken, rice, carrots and of course fresh lemon juice. This soup has unbelievable flavor!
Taco Soup is a basic but delicious taco soup that can be made quickly. Everyone needs this recipe up their sleeve for those busy weeknights.
Tuscan Tortellini Soup is a creamy tomato based soup with white beans, tortellini, spinach and tender bites of chicken. Take one bite of this soup and you’ll quickly agree that this soup rocks the house.
Beef Stew is a super easy recipe for beef stew that doesn’t sacrifice flavor. This stew is comfort in a bowl!
Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup is an easy dump and go soup recipe with easy ingredients.
Chicken Noodle Soup is fast and easy to make. No need to cook the chicken ahead of time, just add it straight to your pressure cooker or slow cooker along with the veggies and broth. We love making this recipe on a cold day or when we have a sick one in the house.

What Pressure Cooker/Slow Cooker Do You Use?
I use a 6 quart oval Kitchenaid slow cooker.* I love this slow cooker. It cooks low and evenly. I love the medium heat choice because most slow cookers that I’ve seen only have the option of cooking on low or high. If you’re going to buy just one slow cooker, this is the one that I recommend.
I use a 6 quart Instant Pot Duo 60 7 in 1*. I love this Instant Pot because it has the yogurt making function which I use almost weekly. It has two pressure settings (high and low), and there are also little slots in the handles so that you can rest the lid there instead of putting it down on your counter-top.
